Delivery
How will I get my products?
Everything in the Family Tree Notebooks shop is digital. You will receive a download link as soon as your purchase is complete and you can start enjoying your pages right away.

You should receive a download link as soon as your purchase is complete.
What if I didn't get my products?
Sometimes a type or other glitch will prevent delivery. If that happens, just drop me a note at carly@familytreenotebooks.com and I'll get your files to you.
Returns & Troubleshooting
How do I return an item?
Because everything in the store is digital, there's no way to "return" an item once you've purchased it. For this reason, the store does not accept returns.
What do I do if I accidentally bought something twice?
If you've accidentally made a duplicate purchase, reach out to me at carly@familytreenotebooks.com and we can swap it for another item.
My computer crashed and deleted all the files!
If you've made a purchase in the past but lost the files somehow, you can always reach out to me at carly@familytreenotebooks.com and I'll resend the items you purchased.

Which pages should I buy?
Choosing pages can be a little overwhelming when you're starting out, but I've built a page comparison guide to help you.
How do I fill out the pages?
All Family Tree Notebooks pages are standard PDF files. They are not fillable so you will need a program to add text and photos. There are many options out there, but I have tutorials for Goodnotes 5 and Adobe Acrobat.
What's the difference between U.S. Deluxe and International Deluxe?
The U.S. Deluxe bundles contain some pages that are U.S.-centric, such as census pages and pages for military events. The International Deluxe bundle is more general and can be used for ancestors from any country.
When will the Masterclass open?
The FTN Masterclass is only open once or twice a year and fills up quickly. If you're interested, join the email list to get the latest news on the next enrollment date.
