from 448 reviewsLooking forward to receiving the completed kit!
The Tree Builder toolkit is a very comprehensive set of tools for genealogists at all stages of experience and knowledge. The coordinated designs offer attractive, easy to edit templates that give even beginners an opportunity to create beautiful family books. I plan to create books for my daughters and their families using these tools.
Thanks for creating this. I have been a little overwhelmed right now. This will help me stay focused and quit getting distracted by the next shiny object (new record) and just note it and finish what I am working on.
the Momentum pack was just what I needed to get myself going on my family genealogy.
I purchased the Tree Builder kit on Friday and by Sunday had a great start on my first book. The kit has so many pages to choose from and Carly's videos are informative and perfectly paced. I was hesitant at first but am so glad that I've taken this step!-
I think this will be good. Looking forward to filling out the pages of my notebook. I am watching every Carly video on YouTube that I can find so that I will have all the knowledge necessary to complete the project. My family will love it.
It's like having a friend walk you through every step. She makes it easy to follow and you can repeat it as many times as it takes! I so appreciate the time and detail she put into every single video. Worth every dime and then some.
Fun, trying to organize my thoughts in a presentable fashion.
I’ve been wanting to find a way for our family history not to be lost once I am no longer around, but make it interesting for others to have. If you are doing genealogy research on your family I highly recommend this program. The videos, notes and ideas are really useful and informative. I really suggest you watch the videos and read all the helpful ideas/notes BEFORE you start inputting anything. It’s been quite awhile since I’ve used Canva so the video of how to input things into the pages was a good refresher. I decided to do a separate book for each of my parents sides of the family to make it less confusing for me. I am starting with each of my parents as the Root Person instead of myself. Once my books are complete they will be Christmas gifts for my children and I will offer them to other family members if they are interested.
I have just begin using the complete collection. So far what I have used is wonderful. This is what I have been looking for because I was working on a project for a friend for the upcoming holiday to help her learn more about her family. Before I came across the FamilyTree Notebook site I was researching and using AI in translating foreign documents and storytelling for this project. I was wanting a way to enhance all this information I was gathering for this project. Now I can take this project to the next level and present her with a wonderful story on the one branch she hardly knows. Also I am looking forward in transforming some of my genealogy work on my family tree.
A great way for guiding my research. I have an idea of what will be important to that topic. Thanks!
So far from what I see of the collection, it is absolutely beautiful. I can't thank you enough for these templates.
I like the way it is organized and is getting me started on a book for my daughters.
I have pictures and videos since the late 1970s. This year I am starting to sort through all of this all the while adding more pictures and videos too. So this packet I believe is going to help me a great deal. I’ve put this off for years and now my idea is to use a share method that I can invite all family members to and let them go through the pictures and videos and anything else I have collected and pick what they want and save it. This may takes years but hipster some point, maybe a deadline date, I can delete any unwanted items and then make a mass backup by person of who wanted what. So I’m still thinking on this and have plenty to do and think about I know. A look so I got many of my emails All the way back to 1992.
Gathered up my grandma's favorite recipe collection and ribbons in a couple days. The document looks really nice!
